Please email. I miss my friend terribly and you knew her best them at 2 years of her life. I need to talk and catch up. I hate the way it all ended. I miss the stories and the passion of it all.

The comments weren't showing up because I'd not approved them...until now. I was a little overwhelmed by your lovely comments, but I wanted to say thank you again. It's always gratifying when people enjoy my version of Willie.

That is a compliment indeed, and I really appreciate it. The Willie stories were a labor of love, I couldn't hardly bear to leave him alone for a second.

I'm glad you're enjoying this series, and that you think I got it right. : D

Barn is an a-hole! But he's human, in his own way. I always like to think that he was terribly confused by Willie's complete lack of respect and utter obedience. Half the time I expected him to ask, "Why the hell don't you just obey me???"

I'm enjoying your comments as you read, thank you for those. And this one. : D

Willie was so fun to work with and we were so mean to him, Nik and I. The best part was, like you say, he wasn't as submissive as first opinion might think!

Thank you for coming by and reading.

Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Willie has always been my favorite as well. There is always more to him than meets the eye.

I've been reading these stories and posting comment but they dont seem to have shown up. I just wanted to say that I think these are the definitive Willie stories. The character is well flushed out and true to his screen character. I really enjoyed reading them.

I don't know what more I can add except to say that I very much enjoyed this series and found your grasp on the characters to be one of the best out there. I don't think I've seen a more in depth and dead-on interpretation of Willie. Thank you for the brilliant read.

You know I have to say you offer an interesting insight into BC. I mean he IS an a-hole. That was clear in the series and clear in your story. However, you manage to weave it in such a way as it becomes just parcel for a man of his time. That one from 1778(?) would have concepts of entitlement and behavior that we might find completely hideous. These WL stories have really been the definitive read for me. Bravo!

I'm just really enjoying this series. Most stories I've read don't give Willie credit and they overstate his submission. This has a nice balance.
